SY2007-2008 Graduate Survey
INSTRUCTIONS
You will need your Student ID number to access the survey. If you do not remember your Student ID, please close the web page by clicking on the “X” box in the top right hand corner or by going to the “File” and "Close" commands in the Windows toolbox at the top of your screen. Please return to complete the survey when you have your Student ID number with you.
Enter your Student ID Number (including all the leading zeros).
Your entries in each section are automatically saved when you click the “Next” button. In the event you cannot complete the survey at one time, simply close out the web page after clicking the “Next ” button by clicking on the “X” box in the top right hand corner or going to the “File” and then “Close” commands in the Windows toolbox at the top of your screen. Return to the survey by using the web address: http://survey.pgcps.org/SY08Graduatesurvey.htm. When you are finished, click “Submit Survey." Once you have done this, you will not be able to return to the survey.
The deadline for return of survey is Friday, May 23, 2008.
